Yousef A. Ageil was born near Al-khobar, Saudi Arabia . Yousef's career in business started as early as age five, when he and his sister started making money at a typical kid's lemonade stand, and used the profit to start a candy business in his neighborhood. Feeling extreme compassion for starving children in Africa from a TV infomercial, the seed of awareness was planted in Yousef.

It was an unexpected change that drove Yousef further to reach his dreams, to pursue a belief that was doubted by many. When one day, Yousef was obliged to leave the luxury of his home, the comfort, the love and the guidance offered to him by the hero of his life, his father, and move to the United States of America when he was only 10 years young.

Upon arrival to the United States of America, Yousef’s family did not have many possessions. It took his mother’s hard work and dedication to find a way through this very difficult time. She had three very young and beautiful children that she knew she had to provide for. Khadijah being the oldest, 12 years, followed by Yousef, 10 years, and then the youngest being Yasmeen, who was only 8 years of age. Yousef’s mother accepted a job to work at a nursery. She was to carry fifty pound bags of fertilizer on her back which caused her immense amount of pain and fatigue but she never gave up and kept pushing to provide the best for her children.

After moving to the United States at age 10, Yousef attended Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma as an honor student. At the age of 18, Yousef was the VP of international sales of an environmental tech start-up company called E3.

Yousef was able to recognize the difficulty his family was facing. Hearing his mother silently weep in her bedroom was the most heart breaking moment of his life. He knew then, it was time for him to help his mother support the family. Idea after idea that Yousef had thought of and planned on how to pursue was put on halt for some reason or another. Either due to lack of funding or disbelief of others. Yousef at times felt a little discouraged, but his mother always lifted him up by her comforting words. She always reminded him of how she believed in him and how people will not always see through his eyes and will not support him in building his dreams, but it was up to him to make his dreams come true. She constantly encouraged him by giving him ideas on how to enhance his thoughts and told him that she knows he will one day show the world what he has to offer. Yousef’s mother always said “Don’t give up and always reach for the stars, for the sky is the limit.” These words never failed to lift Yousef up.

He then chose one idea from many and decided to push forward as far as he could. Just then he was invited to attend a conference named World Diversity Leadership Summit (WDLS) which was held in St. Louis, Missouri. During this journey, he came across a unique character named Jerry Joseph. Yousef over-heard his conversation with others about how he travelled to Australia and showed his interest. Jerry and Yousef than started exchanging thoughts and ideas about their ambitions in life. In the mist of their conversation, Mr. Stedman Graham was introduced to present a speech at the conference. During the speech Mr. Graham made a reference on how the left and right brain have to work together to make a powerful impact. Yousef and Jerry made eye-contact at this comment and gestured to indicate their mutual agreement. This was the beginning of their journey together as a team.

Yousef made the most of his strength of listening to others and putting thoughts together to make a knowledgeable selection based on his idea. The decision Yousef thought would advance his idea was to reach out over-seas into another country and see the other side of the world. So he decided to fly to Jakarta, Indonesia. Six months later Yousef was successful at closing a deal with a company who aided him with seventy-five programmers who were the starting point of brining his dream to life. Today Yousef is a motivated entrepreneur reaching out to the people of this world, trying to build a better place for you and for every individual. .
